All Caddis Float Tubes and Pontoon Boats carry a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship.  Proof of purchase direct from Caddis Sports and/or a verified Caddis Sports reseller must be presented with the warranty request. 

With all warranty claims, Caddis will first attempt to fix the problem with available parts at its cost. Second, Caddis will replace the item in question.  Caddis reserves the right to replace the warranty item with an item of like kind (or better) product type, condition, or age.  Third, if Caddis cannot adequately resolve the customer’s concern, it will refund the original purchase price to the customer as shown on the proof of purchase documentation.
